Our Purple Heart Honor Hunt is held on an exclusive Ranch in Southeast Texas.
This year are hosting 4 combat wounded veterans for this very special outdoor adventure.
Nominations are closed for this year. Purple Heart veterans can be nominated for the 2025 Hunt.
As our Veterans transition from the "war front" to the "home front," recovery time becomes very important. Wartime does not end when the war heroes return home.
In conjunction with Mellon Creek Outfitters,
Support U.S. Armed Forces, provide these heroes with an exclusive outdoor experience.
For our PURPLE HEART HONOR HUNTS, SUSAF provides each nominated veteran selectee with travel (airfare) to the ranch, hunting licenses, and other special hunting accessories. The Ranch Owner graciously provides the lodging, food, and guide services.
